The land of ravines naturally offers scenarios which, during the Christmas period, lend themselves to the setting-up of living nativity scenes.
In Mottola the setting is that of the rupestrian complex of the so-called “Madonna delle Sette Lampade”, in Massafra is the village of St. Marina. For two days, over one hundred participants animate the evenings with engaging full immersion in the story of Christ’s nativity.
